# Castle Bots Commands

This page covers the main **Castle Bots commands** used by server users to track roles, holdings, and reward progress.

These commands are typically used inside the server’s designated **bots command channel** after wallets have been linked and holder verification has been completed.

### Why These Commands Matter

Castle Bots commands give users a simple way to check:

* holder status
* linked holdings
* Hold-to-Earn points
* Chat-to-Earn points
* Task-to-Earn points

This helps keep reward tracking clear and transparent inside the community.

### Main Castle Bots Commands

#### `/holder-roles`

Use this command to check the holder roles currently assigned to the Discord account.

This is useful for confirming:

* whether holder verification worked
* which holder roles are active
* whether linked holdings are being recognized correctly

#### `/holder-token-count`

Use this command to check the token or NFT count linked to the Discord account through Castle Bots.

This is useful for confirming:

* how many eligible holdings are being counted
* whether linked wallets are being tracked properly
* whether the account qualifies for specific holder-based access or rewards

#### `/hold-points`

Use this command to check current **Hold-to-Earn** points.

This is useful for seeing:

* current Hold-to-Earn progress
* how many points have been accumulated
* whether the Hold-to-Earn system is tracking correctly

#### `/chat-points`

Use this command to check current **Chat-to-Earn** points.

This is useful for seeing:

* current Chat-to-Earn progress
* how much activity has been tracked
* whether message-based rewards are being counted correctly

#### `/task-points`

Use this command to check current **Task-to-Earn** points.

This is useful for seeing:

* current Task-to-Earn progress
* whether task-based rewards have been counted
* how much task-related progress has been recorded

### When to Use These Commands

These commands are most useful after completing the normal Castle Bots setup flow as a user:

1. join the Discord server
2. log in to the Castle Bots user dashboard
3. connect and link wallets
4. complete holder verification
5. begin participating in the enabled reward systems
6. use commands to track progress

### Best Use Case for Each Command

* use **`/holder-roles`** to confirm role assignment
* use **`/holder-token-count`** to confirm holdings are linked correctly
* use **`/hold-points`** to track passive holding rewards
* use **`/chat-points`** to track message-based rewards
* use **`/task-points`** to track task-based rewards

### Important Notes

These commands help with tracking, but they work best only after:

* wallets are linked correctly
* holder verification is completed
* the server has Castle Bots systems enabled
* the relevant reward systems are active inside that server

If a reward system is not active in a server, the related points command may not show useful progress.
