# Roadmap

The Solana Sky Pilots roadmap is built around one core goal:

**build the infrastructure layer first, then expand the ecosystem around it.**

Each phase represents a major step in the growth of Solana Sky Pilots as a connected Web3 infra network.

### Phase 1 — Foundation

This phase focused on establishing the base identity, core direction, and early structure of Solana Sky Pilots.

The goal of the Foundation phase was to create the starting point for:

* ecosystem vision
* community formation
* product direction
* long-term infra development

### Phase 2 — Castle Bots

This phase focused on building and expanding **Castle Bots** as the automation layer of the ecosystem.

Castle Bots powers core systems such as:

* holder verification
* Hold-to-Earn
* Chat-to-Earn
* Task-to-Earn
* NFT sales and listings alerts
* Discord community automation

Castle Bots is one of the main operational pillars of Solana Sky Pilots and helps communities automate rewards, access, and activity tracking.

### Phase 3 — MystiKeys

This phase focused on building **MystiKeys** as the gamified reward and engagement layer of the ecosystem.

MystiKeys adds a repeatable reward loop where communities can:

* complete daily actions
* earn MystiKeys
* open mystery boxes
* win NFTs, SOL, USDC, tokens, and other rewards

MystiKeys also supports white-label expansion for external communities and partner projects.

Castle Tools is designed to provide useful Web3 utilities for Solana users and builders, including areas such as:

* token creation tools
* art generator tools
* other daily-use utilities

### Phase 5 — Sky Pilots NFTs

This phase focuses on the NFT layer of the ecosystem.

**Sky Pilots NFTs** bring ownership, utility, access, and reward alignment into the wider infrastructure stack.

* lifetime MystiKeys access for qualifying holders
* revenue share utility
* $VPILOT earning utility
* ecosystem access

### Phase 6 — $PILOT Token

This phase focuses on the launch of the main token layer of Solana Sky Pilots.

**$PILOT** is designed to become the main ecosystem token and expand the economic layer of the network.

This phase includes:

* token launch
* ecosystem token utility
* allocation-based growth structure
* stronger linkage between rewards, products, and long-term ecosystem participation

### Roadmap Direction

The roadmap of Solana Sky Pilots follows a clear expansion path:
